ABOUT:
Have some experience running on the roads, but ready to take it to the trails this summer? Then this 4-week Learn to Trail Run + Mindfulness Series is for you. Co-hosted by Stag Leap and Tyla Charbonneau of Alpine Pathways Psychological Services, we’ll delve deep into the amazing health benefits of trail running + mindfulness – covering a variety of trail running topics from basic technique, form, uphill/downhill, breathing and gear/nutrition; paired with a variety of mindfulness and self-compassion techniques and practices.
Gear requirements: Trail Running Shoes, Pack with bladder, bear spray, watch for time, desire for adventure!
Level: No trail experience necessary, but must be able to run 30mins on road.
